This includes keeping candidates informed of all suitable openings and responding to phone and email enquiries in a timely manner.

Through proactive marketing of your key attributes, we champion you to potential employers. We respect your wishes and will only target those employers that you wish to work for.

Upon achieving an interview, we can provide you with clear and concise information. We will provide you with everything you’ll need to know about the nature of the interview, including structure, and inform you of all documentation you’ll need to bring with you.

All interview feedback is meticulously recorded and then honestly relayed to you, post-interview. We understand how valuable feedback can be to you – helping you to hone your professional skillset for any future interviews.

Transparency and Integrity

Should an offer from an employer be made, we will inform you immediately. This will always include the remuneration and benefits package, contract length, estimated start date, and any role-specific information.

Once you agree to accept an offer, we liaise with the employer on your behalf, clearly stating your intentions and enthusiasm for the position. Should you have any thoughts regarding the offer, or require some time to mull it over, we will clearly communicate this to client and provide you with any feedback, as appropriate.

CV Hints and Tips

Document all of your key experience and sell yourself to your potential employer. Showcase your achievements and ensure they are presented in a succinct and chronological manner.

Tailor your CV to the specific job you are applying for. Put yourself in the employer’s shoes and make sure your CV ticks as many of their boxes as possible.
Keep your CV current and don’t leave gaps. If there is a gap, tell the truth. Nothing is more likely to jeopardise a potential opportunity than a fib.

Make sure your CV looks the part and stands out from the crowd. Spelling and grammar mistakes are a guaranteed way to put you in the ‘no’ pile. Double check and even ask a friend for a second opinion.

 

Interview Hints and Tips – Telephone Interviews

Do your homework on the employer you are speaking to and ensure you have key facts and questions lined up for them.

Make sure you know your CV inside out – a well prepped candidate is a confident and successful candidate.

Stay calm and control your environment as much as possible. Find somewhere quiet to minimise distractions and when you’re talking, stand up and walk around. Project that voice.

 

Interview Hints and Tips – Face-to-Face Interviews

The same things apply here exactly as they do for telephone interviews. Homework, research and knowledge. Be prepared.

Always arrive a little bit early, and make sure you look the part. You get one chance to make a first impression.

Once the interview has finished, follow up. Go the extra mile to reach out to the potential employer and relay how keen you are on the position. Differentiate yourself from the crowd.
